Have you ever felt like your brain is too full to function? Maybe your baseline feels like survival mode. Life can be overwhelming and bring challenges that leave us feeling stuck or disconnected—but you don’t have to face them alone.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, parenting stress, ADHD (including later-in-life diagnoses), and women’s health concerns. I support women facing an array of health challenges unique to the female experience, and I help parents better understand child development, strengthen bonds with their children, and break cycles of generational trauma.
My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in humanistic and Adlerian principles, with CBT, DBT, and ACT woven in when helpful. As a parent myself, I understand the joys and struggles of raising children. Together, we’ll focus on healing, growth, and finding more fulfillment in everyday life.
