I have experience working with all ages living with myriad mental health and substance use concerns in a community agency, a pediatric hospital, a university training clinic, and private practice. My clinical specialization is working alongside the sexually/affectionally- and gender-diverse, as well as neurodivergent folks (e.g., clients with ADHD and/or autistic clients). While the bulk of my work has mainly been treating anxiety disorders, I have had ample practice addressing concerns stemming from mood disorders, oppressive societal forces, and traumatic relational experiences.
In addition to clinical work, I am a part-time associate lecturer and training supervisor in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate degree program.
Currently offering in-office and telehealth (i.e., virtual) appointments on Mondays beginning at 9am and ending by 3pm and on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays beginning at 9am and ending by 8pm.
